　　忙了这么一阵子，觉得自己真的尽力了。嗓子一直不太好，咳嗽好几个星期都没有好利索，就是每天吃消炎药吃止咳药，西瓜霜金嗓子跟糖一样的往嘴里塞的一种境界。上火，口腔溃疡，梨和梨汁就像救命稻草一样每天跟紧我。

　　从发音到抑扬顿挫，老师纠正了很多遍。每天对着墙壁嘚嘚，对着镜子大声练习，这是别人看在眼里的。对着别人演讲了很多遍，今天一遍又一遍的过镜头，那种马上接近成功但是突然卡壳的感觉就是让人非常沮丧，非常崩溃，压力非常大。当看到刘雨萌这种气场非常大的女生时，哦天，我真的觉得自己好渺小，那种自卑感真的让人觉得好难受。今天我在台上的时候，每扫过她一眼，我语速就加快，就紧张，这种滋味儿真不好过。也不得不说，每次见到崔洋学长都觉得非常开心，我很紧张，但是

见到他，他不用有任何表情，任何动作，我就觉得他很奇葩，我自己在旁边就可以咯咯的乐个不停了，然后娜娜和徐偲学姐就迷茫地看着我，可是自己每次见到那个奇葩学长，还是好想笑。。。但是，奇葩学长作为专业组的一员，发音真的so棒的说很疲惫。可以说这些天一直很疲惫。可是我知道，这些天我真的在成长。

　　我心理素质并不好。这些天我一直在迈过很多坎。很多时候，我都觉得自己不行，做不到，很想放弃，很想逃脱，不想面对。我也很喜欢安逸的日子，喜欢靠在靠垫上，桌旁一杯咖啡或者果汁的读书，听音乐，抱着电脑看电视剧。我实在是个明明很需要大口呼吸新鲜空气却又自己束缚自己，让自己去做很多事的人。我活的非常矛盾。我一直追求理想的安逸，却为这个理想的安逸在现实中马不停蹄。记得你跟我讲，人要有信仰。那么，按你告诉我的，作为我对信仰的解释，我只能信仰：我现在所做的一切，对我的未来是有帮助的。

　　目前，我只能以此来获得丝毫的安慰与解脱。

　　我很累。不是说很想大口吃东西，或者睡一大觉就可以满足的。我需要大口的呼吸新鲜空气，我觉得我的生活缺氧了，以至我的麻木由头蔓至全身，就连微笑都有垂死的感觉。

　　只能说，经历过不后悔吧。三进二我也成功了。娜娜最后被刷掉的一刻，我不得不非常矫情的说我的心疼了一下，这么多天一起奋斗，共同经历，过关斩将，内心的波澜是不能完全叙述得清的。我们都在见证彼此，一点一滴。

　　我自己的声音我知道，紧张就会有颤音，有时只是别人听不出来而已，而且有时不知不觉就会紧张起来。我真的有努力克服，那种明知会出现这种情况，却要极力控制的感觉真的很煎熬却又非常难以形容。但有时又非常放的开，整个过程没有一点紧张的成分，非常放松的去完成整个演讲，那种感觉是奇妙的，像完成某种超越，使英语演讲像真正用母语说话一样的感觉，不会那么刻板。

　　演讲老师一直在跟我讲流畅，一种像用母语说话的气息的流畅，只可惜我大多时候都做不到。在我眼里，这稿子它就是台词儿，哪里会跟我平常说话一样呢。

　　我的英语老师和演讲老师是两个人，我想强调一下，也感谢这两个人。一个人在我在众人面前丢脸，泪流满面，濒临放弃，失去信心的时候鼓励我参赛，另一个人在这些天里不厌其烦的辅导我发音，帮我改稿子，一句一句的教我抑扬顿挫，一点一点的纠正我的问题，在我紧张出错的时候，一直对我保持鼓励，甚至觉得我穿黑正装不够上相时，特意找出自己的粉色上衣和白衬衣拿给我穿。所以当录影结束的时候，第一个感谢的是演讲老师这么多天的陪伴和教导，另一个是我的英语老师。

　　i have got quite different experience from other girls.while they were playing toys at home,while they were dreaming to be the princesses in the story .i was running in the hard rain,jumping in the heavy snow,pitching in the strong wind.nothing could stop me ,because of a wonderful call from my heart -- to be an athlete.yeah ,of course ,i'm an athlete,i'm so proud of that all the time .
