  一、指导思想:

  我校三至六年共有35人,他们当中优等生相对比例较少,学困生偏多,中等生较多,因此特选出几名优差生作为本学期培优辅差生。除了学困生其他学生学习积极性较高,成绩较好,学习劲头较高。

  一、工作目标
