鉴于本人在贵公司实习,按照国家有关保密规定,为防止失、泄密现象的发生,我特作如下保密承诺:

五、违约责任:本人如有违反此承诺,贵公司有权无条件取消本人的实习资格。由于本人有意或疏忽而造成的国家信息或贵公司秘密的泄露,本人将承担由此造成的经济损失及全部责任,包括法律责任。造成贵公司经济损失的,本人赔偿所受全部损失。
六、上述保密承诺书本人已仔细阅读,对其中的所有内容没有异议。
