Every year, during the National Day holiday, my family and I have a great time together. This year, I have planned a wonderful holiday that I am really looking forward to.
First of all, I want to visit my grandparents. They live in the countryside and I always enjoy spending time with them. During the holiday, I will help my grandparents with some housework and we will have some quality time together. My grandparents always have interesting stories to tell and I love listening to them.
Secondly, I want to make the most of the great weather during the holiday by going hiking with my friends. There is a beautiful mountain near my house and we often go there to explore. We will bring some snacks and water and have a picnic at the top of the mountain. I am sure the view will be amazing!
In addition, I have also planned to spend some time reading. I love reading books and during the holiday, I will have plenty of time to read the books I have been wanting to read. I will also visit the local library to borrow some new books. Reading not only improves my English, but also helps me relax and escape into different worlds.
Lastly, I want to spend some time practicing my hobbies. I enjoy playing the piano and painting. During the holiday, I will have more time to practice and improve my skills. I will also try to learn some new songs on the piano and experiment with different painting techniques.
I am really excited about my plans for the National Day holiday. I am sure it will be a fun and memorable time for me. I can't wait for the holiday to begin!

During the National Day holiday, my family and I went on a trip to a beautiful city called Guilin. It was an amazing experience and I would like to share it with you.
On the first day of the holiday, we took a boat tour on the Li River. The scenery was breathtaking! The river was surrounded by picturesque mountains and the water was so clear. I took many photos to capture the beautiful moments. We also saw the famous Elephant Trunk Hill, which looks like an elephant drinking water from the river. It was really interesting!
On the second day, we visited the Reed Flute Cave. The cave is famous for its stunning rock formations and colorful lights. It felt like we were walking through a fairyland! The guide told us interesting stories about the cave and we learned a lot. I was amazed by the natural beauty and the creativity of the lights.
On the third day, we went hiking in the Longji Rice Terraces. The terraces are built on the slopes of the mountains and they look like huge staircases. The view was simply breathtaking! We could see the rice fields stretching into the distance. It was a bit tiring to hike up the stairs, but it was definitely worth it.
During the trip, we also tried many delicious local foods, such as Guilin rice noodles and stuffed snails. They were different from what I usually eat, but they were really tasty!
The National Day trip to Guilin was one of the best holidays I have ever had. The beautiful scenery, the interesting attractions, and the delicious food made it a memorable experience. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to visit such a wonderful place with my family. I will cherish the memories of this trip forever.
