高三下英语教学工作总结【一】
高三这一年，是充满了挑战和艰辛的一年。
作为一名高三的英语老师，认真踏实地做好教学工作，把大部份的时间用来学习、研究新题型和高考备考。
现在把所做的工作总结如下：
一、加强研究，提高复习备考工作的针对性
认真学习并分析了高考题的类型，总结规律寻找突破口。
从历年高考试题的整体研究中找共性，开拓性地抓复习备考。
在常规教学及复习备考中，始终抓住加大阅读量，开展泛读教学，加强阅读技巧的指导，形成有效的阅读策略，从根本上培养考生的良好的阅读习惯和逻辑思维能力。
二、制定计划，加强复习的目标性。
根据学生的具体情况，制定出切实可行的复习计划，把复习分为三个阶段。
1、夯实基础，发展能力。
近年来高考英语逐渐侧重于语言能力的考查，对语言知识的直接考查相对地减少了。
因此，在复习过程中，首先组织学生巩固各项基础知识，同时通过不断的语言练习，掌握一定的技巧。
在此基础上，再通过科学系统的训练，发展能力，收到了事半功倍的效果。
要求学生在上个学期第一轮复习的基础之上，进一步熟悉巩固所学过的词组、句型和短语，为书面表达和阅读理解打下良好的基础。
2、强化专题训练，回归基础。
前半个学期，主要进行专题训练。
针对高考的主要题型分别进行解题方法和技巧的指导。
后半学期则主要进行模拟套题的训练，训练学生的答题方法、技巧和解题的速度。
承受着高考临近，我根据学生的具体情况把握中档、低档题，这对学生取得高分是非常有利的。
学生普遍都有这样的感觉：很多题目“一看就会，一做就错”。
造成这种现象的根本原因在于对基础知识的掌握不牢固。
因此，我让学生把复习的重点要放在查漏补缺上。
将做过的试卷整理后，建立错题档案，弥补知识漏洞，进行强化记忆和训练。
3、整理基础知识，适当做一些高考题。
要在高考前夕找到良好的语言知识感觉和运用能力感觉就必须回归基础，整理巩固基础知识，用最充实、最满意的感觉来增强自己的自信心。
同时，利用这段时间试着做近几年的高考题，学会找出每道题的切入点，从中总结命题利益和命题手法。
三、狠抓教学环节，优化课堂教学促进备考。
注意复习课的针对性。
我们把复习重点放在学生的难点、弱点上以及常易出错或失误的内容方面上，努力做到有的放矢。
课堂上坚持精讲多练，做到举一反三、触类旁通。
以学生为主体的教学原则。
复习课上我们注意加强学生的操练活动，让学生多动脑筋思考问题，让他们尽可能多地举些例句，使他们能训练掌握语法的用法。
(1)坚持抓好阅读理解。
阅读理解是高考的重头戏，占的比重最大。
因此，在平时的教学活动当中我注重抓好这一环节，让学生每天都做两篇左右的阅读理解文章，提高阅读理解能力。
(2)抓好书面表达。
平时针对近年高考常见的书面表达题型进行训练，并让学生利用早晚读节时间背诵范文，熟悉常见的表达方式。
(3)听力常抓不懈。
三、四、五这几个月份，让学生利用每天七点半的时间播放英语听力材料。
进入六月份后，则按照高考要求改在下午三点进行播放，让学生适应高考的要求和气氛。
(4)抓好测试、评价、反思及鼓动工作。
除了每个月的月考，每周还进行一次的测验，以此来检查复习效果。
根据每次考试所反映出的问题进行适时的调整及改进，并及时找相关的同学进行谈心，与他们了解复习过程中的感受，分析他们在学习中存在的问题，一起探讨解决的办法。
从
放性试题，改变了以往拘泥于提纲写作的形式，不仅给考生提供了更为宽广的思维空间，也有利于考生对已掌握语言的发挥，对中学英语教学有积极的指导意义。

时间过得真快，转眼间又到学期末了。
本学期，我担任七年级(2)班的英语教学工作，由于教学经验尚浅，因此，我对教学工作不敢怠慢，认真学习，深入研究教法，虚心向同事学习，经过又一个学期的努力，学到了很多宝贵的教学经验，以下是我在本学期的教学情况总结： 一、 教育教学工作方面
1、课前准备:备好课。
每一次备课都很认真,遇到没有把握讲好的课时立即提出,请其它英语老师参谋,综合考虑各种方案。
多发表自己的见解让大家讨论,如有问题立即更正、改进。
2.多听课,学习有经验教师的教学方法,教学水平的提高在于努力学习、积累经验,不在于教学时间的长短。
老教师具有丰富的教学经验,积累了许多教学技巧,作为新教师应多向他们学习,尽快提高自身的教学水平,听课的同时,认真做好记录,并进行评课。
3.钻研教材,认真备课。
我认真钻研教材,把握住知识点,认真备好每一堂课。
教材是教学的依据,同时也是学生学习的主要参考书,我在熟悉教材的基础上讲授本课程的内容,学生学习才会有依据,学生在课堂上跟不上老师时可以参考教材重新整理思路,跟上老师的思路,所以应该重视教材的钻研。
在备课过程中,在不离开教材的原则下,可以参考其他教科书,对比它们的不同之处,寻求让学生更容易接受的教法,有了这些教法后,上课之前应与有经验的老师多交流讨论是否行得通,总之单兵作战很容易钻牛角尖,教学中的每一个问题都应与其他教师进行交流讨论。
4.组织好课堂教学,关注全体学生,注意信息反馈,调动学生的注意力,使其保持相对稳定性。
同时,激发学生的情感,使他们产生愉悦的心境,创造良好的课堂气氛,课堂语言生动明了,克服了以前重复的毛病。
课堂提问面向全体学生,注意引发学生学英语的兴趣,课堂上说练结合,布置好课外作业,作业少而精,减轻学生的负担。
5.要提高教学质量,还要做好课后辅导工作,初一学生爱动、好玩,缺乏自控能力,常在学习上不能按时完成作业,有的学生抄袭作业,针对这种问题,就要抓好学生的思想教育,并使这一工作惯彻到对学生的学习指导中去,还要做好对学生学习的辅导和帮助工作,尤其在后进生的转化上,对后进生努力做到从友善开始,比如,多做思想工作,从生活上关心他。
从赞美着手,所有的人都渴望得到别人的'理解和尊重,所以,和差生交谈时,对他的处境、想法表示深刻的理解和尊重,还有在批评学生之前,先谈谈自己工作的不足。
二、存在问题：
1、 课堂中仍有部分学生缺乏锻炼机会，未能充分调动每一个学生的学习积极性，仍有部分学生课堂上不敢开口讲话，存在怕羞的心理。
2、学生在单词记忆上存在障碍，部分同学因为缺乏适当的单词记忆方法，而造成阅读理解上的困难。
三、改进措施：
1、多与学生沟通。
新教师经验不足,教学技巧性不强,难免会有学生听不懂,多些主动和学生进行沟通,了解学生掌握知识的情况非常重要,这样有利于针对性的对学生进行教育,无论备课多认真仔细也很难适应不同班级的情况,只有沟通、了解,才能更好地解决各个班级的不同问题。
另外,有些学生基础较好,加强师生间的沟通就能更好地引导这些学生更好地学习。
2、注重组织教学,严格要求学生。
大部分学生的学习基础较差,所谓“冰冻三尺,非一日之寒”。
这些学生已经形成了厌学的习惯,顶多是完成老师布置的作业就算了,有些甚至是抄袭的,对于容易掌握的内容他们也不敢沾染,所以必须严格要求他们。
由于学生缺乏学习自觉性,所以上课时间是他们学习的主要时间,教师应善于组织、调动学生进行学习,更充分地利用好上课时间。
3、运用多种技巧教学,培养学生学习英语的兴趣。
对于初一的学生来说,英语是一门新鲜课程,大部分学生开始学习兴趣都很高涨,“兴趣是最好的老师”!教师应利用学生热情好奇的这一特点,从日常生活中的口语出发,尝试用英语与学生对话,或用趣事吸引学生注意力,引发他们的兴趣,使学生对本课程产生兴趣。
并且,在教学中要运用多种教学手段,注意听力与口语的训练。
总之,在这一学期的教育教学工作中,我爱岗敬业,尽职尽责地完成了自己的本职工作,在教学工作中取得了一定的效果。
但由于经验不足,教学工作还有待于改进,在以后的教学工作,我将不断总结,虚心学习,努力提高自己的思想道德素质和教育教学水平。
