But it is not quite convenient for people without a computer connected with the Internet to get information from websites.

为了贯彻落实教育部办公厅《关于开展中小学幼儿园安全大检查的通知》和《海南省教育厅转发教育部关于开展中小学幼儿园安全大检查的通知》精神,进一步提高我校安全工作水平,保障广大师生的生命和财产安全,保证学生健康成长的良好环境,构建平安和谐校园,维护社会稳定,我校按照市教育局的统一部署,在全校范围内开展安全整治行动,认真自查整改。现将有关的情况汇报如下:
一、日常的安全工作
(一)、学校重视,成立安全工作组织机构
学校安全工作领导小组:
组长:校长xxx(全面负责学校安全工作)。
副组长:宋斌麒副校长(负责教育教学、实验室、图书馆、集体活动等安全工作);符子江副校长(负责用水用电、交通、防雷、自然灾害、校园设施等安全工作);黎逊总务主任(负责禁烟、禁毒、消防、卫生、治安等安全工作)。
组员:各中层领导、年级组长和各班主任
(二)、制度保证,建立安全工作保障机制
为进一步做好安全教育工作,加强对安全教育工作的领导,学校实行安全工作目标责任制,规范日常管理;建立健全突发事件处置工作预警预案机制;制定各种管理制度及安全保卫工作制度;严格落实行值日制度,经常性的进行安全工作检查,以形成有效的领导、管理、监督、检查机制。建立健全学校安全工作规章制度,制定了各类防范、应急等制度。建立健全定期检查和日常防范相结合的安全管理措施,制定门卫值班、防火防灾、食品卫生管理、体育器材检查等规章制度。
(三)、宣传教育,提高学生安全防范意识
加强学生的安全管理,关键是提高学生的安全防范意识。确定安全宣传教育内容,我校经常围绕“校园安全”“交通安全”、“饮食安全”、“防火防水防电安全”、“防疾病传染”、“防煤气中毒”、防震等开展宣传教育工作。
利用国旗下讲话、主题班会、集会、专家讲座、安全防范演练、观看影视资料、校园广播、橱窗专栏、悬挂条幅等开展形式多样的安全教育活动,对学生进行提高安全防范意识教育。并通过印发《告家长书》和利用家长会来增强家长的安全意识,使家长配合学校作好学生的安全教育工作。
(四)、周密安排,认真落实,切实做好安全工作。
1、签订目标责任书,实行层层安全责任追究制,每学期,校长与分管副校长、班主任签订责任书,明确职责,提高责任人的安全责任意识。
2、注重值日检查和监督指导。每天值周领导、值日教师及学校的红领巾监督员不间断地巡查,维持课间秩序,指导学生行为,对发现的问题及时处理,将安全隐患消灭在萌芽状态。
3、学校门口道路、车辆嘈杂,学生往返途中存在交通安全隐患,为了学生的人身安全,学校实行“值日教师护送”的安全管理措施,每天都安排学校值周领导、值日教师、红领巾监督员和校保安一起在校门口值班,疏导车辆、人流,维持秩序,护送学生过马路。
4、总务处每学期两次组织人员对教室、楼道、消防设施设备、输电线路、实验仪器、多媒体设备等进行全面排查,杜绝安全隐患。
5、针对地震等自然灾害发生以及学校教学楼突发火灾等紧急情况,我校每学期举行安全逃生演练活动,仅用时3分钟,全校20xx名师生全部到达指定地点。我们还请来消防中队的官兵,给师生们培训消防知识,指导消防器材的使用,进行灭火演练。做到在发生紧急情况时,能有序迅速的引导学生安全疏散,提高师生的防范自救能力,确保师生生命安全。
6、学习九小日常行为规范,养成良好的行为习惯。如为防止学生上下楼道发生安踩踏情况,学校要求学生上下楼梯要靠右行,并在楼梯台阶上画线,帮助学生形成习惯。
7、教导处负责加强教育教学安全教育。对教育教学中危险性游戏、体育活动等因管理不善可能引起的事故隐患,以及学生擅自中途离开教室、学校可能引起的事故隐患,进行调查,加强管理。体育教师,每节课必须向学生讲明活动时要注意的安全事项,让学生在教师的指导下进行活动,并且不准脱离教师的视线。
8、针对常见病、流行疾病,学校积极做好预防工作,成立了流行疾病防治工作领导小组,制定疾病预防预案,平时宣教结合,教育学生养成良好卫生习惯;各班实行晨检制度,发现病情,及时上报;学校还添置了消毒、防疫等用品、用具,专人定期消毒……

三、校园安全存在的主要不足
1、交通安全方面:学校路口拥挤,路边经常停靠车辆,造成学生出入不畅,存在交通安全隐患。
2、办学条件方面:教学设施老化,如天花板、用电线路、用水管道等,体育材料也不够完善。
3、校医:学校没有医务室,没有专业的校医,必要的医疗器械和药品严重缺乏,医护作用不明显。
4、校园周边环境:有一些流动小摊贩到学校路口销售小零食。
5、综合治理方面:本辖区地方小,但流动人口多,成份复杂。
