  In the morning i usually get up at 6:30 and do some morning exercises, which is good for my health, then i have some reading for half an hour, after that i finish the breakfast and go to school. at noon, i listen to some music and english, in the evening, I help with washing the dishes and do my homework.   I often exercise , usually when I have a P.E class. I like to drink cola, and drink it two or three times a week. I don’t like coffee, so I never drink it , it’s awful. Sure ,I also like junk food and eat it about twice a week. As for vegetables, I like it very much, and eat them every day. I sleep eight hours every night. I need a lot of sleep. So you see, I’m in good health.
